Installation of AusweisApp2 on Mac OS X¶

The installation of AusweisApp2 is divided into several steps and can be cancelled at any time using the button “Disagree”.

Once you have downloaded the AusweisApp2 installation file, start installation by double-clicking on the file.

Accept license agreement¶

In order to proceed with the installation, you have to accept the license agreements by clicking on “Agree”.

Note

The button “Print” allows you to print the text of the license agreement.

Add AusweisApp2 to applications¶

Drag & drop AusweisApp2 to the folder “Applications” (see next figure). You will be notified in case an older version of AusweisApp2 already exists. Replace it with the latest version.

Installation completed, close Finder.
