Card not recognized¶

If no ID card is recognized during an identification process or PIN change with a connected card reader, the following message appears:

ID card placed on card reader but is not recognized

When the ID card is not recognized, check its correct positioning on the card reader.

If your ID card is not recognized despite its correct position, there may be a defect in the card reader or the ID card. If possible, try a different card reader or contact the ID card issuing authority.
